Foreword Release 5.2 of the  Geographic Programs Roadmap

 
It is with great pleasure that we introduce version 5.2 of the Geographic Programs' Roadmap. This version updates the edition published in October 2001.  It reflects the termination of our Special Programs and Project Expenses (SPPE) authority and includes recently published policies and guidelines.

We request that all bilateral staff (in both Headquarters and the Field) continue to provide comments and feedback to the members of the Roadmap Steering Committee in their respective Strategic Management Divisions. This is the best way to ensure that the Roadmap continues to provide useful, relevant and up-to-date information to help in the management of bilateral programs and projects.
